- Assistant Professor (Medicine): FCPS or equivalent relevant qualification as per PM&DC Faculty Appointment criteria with 2 years of demonstrated experience in conducting clinical trials.
- Assistant Professor (Public Health): Ph.D. / MPH or equivalent qualification as per HEC/ PM&DC. Must have duly recognized experience & publications as per HEC/ PM&DC.
- Clinical Research Associates: MBBS from PM&DC recognized university/ institution with At least 01 years of relevant experience in clinical research.
- Deputy Directors: MBBS/ BDS from HEC-recognized university/ institution. Minimum 10 Years relevant experience including 7 years in management.
- Assistant Directors: Masters or equivalent degree preferably in Medical Sciences such as MBBS/ BDS. Minimum 7 Years post qualification relevant experience.
- Photographers: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree with a Minimum of 3-5 years relevant working experience.
- Lady Security Guards: Middle. Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- Aya: Literate. Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience.
- Sanitary Worker: Literate. Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience.
