As the local currency remains under pressure, petrol could increase by over Rs10 per liter and diesel by Rs20. With these changes taking effect, petrol would reach Rs300.45 per liter while High-Speed diesel prices are anticipated to climb by Rs20 and reach around Rs313.40.Furthermore, other petroleum product items including Kerosene oil and Light Speed Diesel could experience price hikes by as much as 14 rupees per litre in coming weeks. Petrol prices have already gone up by 37.50 rupees while that diesel has seen a hike by 40 rupees.
